My Partner in Crime (Gillian Foreman) is hosting the FIRST EVER Uptown Birth Fair!! Free & open to the public, in association with Land Yoga, in Harlem. Just opened, this space is truly seeking to become a peri-natal community center as it grows and thrives.

Come & go event, the first 50 participants get a grab bags filled with goodies!
There’ll be yoga practitioners, doulas, a LCSW, multiple childbirth related professionals from lactation to educators representing 5 different types of childbirth education classes, local businesses, raffles prizes and more!
So far we’re looking at 11 vendors, 14 raffle prizes, a custom printed and stuffed full grab bag of resources and goodies,
AND our main guest is Isa Herrera, selling her fantastic book “Ending Female Pain” at a discount, with her Renew Physical Therapy team doing demonstrations, answering questions, and ending the myth that women have to hurt because we give birth!
